Applicant Sourcing: £300.00 + VAT
A Recruitment Consultant will compose your vacancy which is then placed on a number of job boards along with Specialized’s Website for a period of up to 12 weeks. Every CV received is reviewed and screened by our experienced Consultants and only them will suitable applicants be forwarded to yourselves complete with full contact detail.
£425.00 + VAT (up to £17,500 Salary)
£525.00 + VAT (between £17,501 - £21,500)
£625.00 + VAT (between £21,501 + )
In addition to the above offer, upon gaining a vacancy from yourselves one of our Consultants will call and discuss your vacancy in depth. Upon advertising the Vacancy we will review every suitable CV and Candidate to ensure they meet with your requirements and fit your job description. Only after screening suitable candidates we will forward you their details along with full contact details leaving you in full control of the remaining recruitment process. This eliminates the man hours spent advertising, screening, telephone interviewing and short listing potential candidates.
Traditional Recruitment Fees starting from 10% of the annual salary.
